tpo roof protectant

Just finished cleaning the roof on our trailer and would like to apply some type of protectant. I am getting mixed reviews as to what is a good choice. The trailer sets on a permanent site and the roof was a mess. We finally were able to get it clean and would now like to try and preserve it. I have read about Dicor protectant and also Protect All brands...Would like to hear from any of you who have used either of these products..I have the TPO roof,,,thanks

Blue eyes,
Go to the frequently asked questions section.
I have a post there you would be interested in about the questions you ask.

Check your roof manufacturer's directions first. My roof is an Alpha TPO and their literature says there is no need for roof treatments.
It does not require the periodic application of products to protect it from ultra-violet light or ozone. In fact, these products can often cause damage to the roof membrane.
