Update on leak in bathrooms from vents

NO LEAKS! We had a hard rain, 1.7 inches last night and everything is dry as a bone in the desert.

I thank you, thank you, thank you for walking me through fixing the problems.

After I get through with the rest of the vents, I'll be back to get help on that rubber seal with the slides. Speaking of.....what do I use to get the stuck on rubber and glue off of the frame?
