Vinyl Roof?

My Flagstaff Brochure says that I have a Twelve-year vinyl roof warranty. How kind of them to "Not tell me" what to use to maintain it. I don't want to destroy anything by using the wrong product to seal any cracks that may appear. Anyone know what I should use? The owners manual says to contact my dealer. I bought it second handed and the dealership that the Original Owner bought from is out of business.

Dicor self leveling sealant. Dicor also makes a "no sag" sealant for vertical surfaces. Eternabond tape is another alternative

Ditto

I use Dicor 501 Self Leveling (for horizontal surfaces) or a similar Alpha product. I've never used anything other than these two brands and they both work well.
