Question water in Basement of 2015 Jayco White Hawk 27DSLR

Hello Fellow RVer's...

Just arrived in Washington State from Nevada and set up our new TT two weeks ago.
It rained quite heavily the last two days and today when it finally stopped went to do my weekly sewage cleaning detail and found standing water and everything that was in cardboard boxes saturated!!

We have the optional "hotel" sized refrigerator in our basement and I thought maybe, perhaps, condensation from the reefer was to blame but there is no indication that there is water coming from it...and there was way too much water.

So, I can only say that it had to be from the rain...but where could it be coming from?.....The hatches have rubber seals in great looking condition, even though there is a gap around the outside of the doors. I also suspected that perhaps it was from the shower or toilet but the walls of the basement are completely dry as is the areas around the bathroom!...This is completely mind boggling.

So my question is, does (has) anyone else have or had this issue?
Even though we are still under our two warranty...When I called of course it is the weekend and no one is available until Monday. And the "Coach-net" assistant said that we would have to bring the TT into a dealer....And that sucks because we just got set up and are full-timers....Plus I work during the day and the dealership is 50 miles away and having to take it all the way there would be such a hassle.

Not real happy about this and am concerned after I dried up all this water and threw out alot of stuff that was soaked, that it is going to be an ongoing problem....that and mold and mildew.

Thanks for your responses,
Stephan & Sally
