Angry Water leak from rain

Recently I have founf that after a rain I have found water all over the toilet in my 2006 surveyor. removes some striping from the over head in side and found mold/wet through the strip inside. went on top to look at the roof other then one of the small circle vents was busted. could water leak in fron the vent which is located near the shower. Please help...

I had similar problem. Min was coming from vent/fan in ceiling. I took it apart took all caulk and pulled vent all they way out to bare wood top.
No mold though. I put new butyl tape between vent and rubber roof and re caulked it. Make sure to use dicor self leveling. Use enough think I used half to three quarter tube. Cheap insurance for no leak. Any questions I willing to answer. Hope this helps. I have surveyou 291 its a 2007. And re did all caulk joints they starting to crack so I just re did all of it. Was about six tubes caulk but at least I know its all new
