Water leaking into the underbelly

We have a 2011 Puma 25RS. I noticed the rear underbelly fabric sagging. After crawling under and pushing on it I realized that it was full of water. I poked a hole and water poured out. So I cut the fabric and the insulation was completely water logged and the wood was soaked. I removed all insulation in the rear and let it attempt to dry out. The insulation towards the front was dry so water is not coming from the front, i.e. water fill, city conn... We had a huge rain storm and I crawled under while it was pouring and saw that the water appeared to be coming down the inside of the rear siding. There is a large picture window, tail lights and the high marker lights on the rear. All caulk looks intact around everything. This has been going on for some time by the looks of the underside of the floor. Any ideas on where to look?

Look at the seam at the roof where the membrane meets the siding. It doesn't take much of a gap to let a lot of water in.
