Weak cold water flow

On my 18' Apex I have good water flow from the hot faucet but very weak from the cold water side. It has been in shop twice for the problem and is yet to be solved. It acts like obstruction in the cold line, as when it was in shop for a problem when new with the demand pump not shutting off as it should, when I got it back I noticed some kind of debri coming into the commode. Anyone else had this problem?

Is it a single handle faucet?

You may need to take the cartridge out and clean the debris out of the cold water path.

The aerator usually catches most debris, but that affects both hot and cold.

Our previous TT (Jayco) had an inline filter just below the cold water faucet in the kitchen. Over time it got clogged and reduced the flow to a trickle. Do other cold water faucets have the issue?

Thanks for the reply. The problem seems to just be in the bath lavatory; I see no filter under the sink but can't see under the floor. There has been some kind of trash, probably chunks of plastic that ran thru for a while when new from factory
