What is the FR Warranty with Water Leaks?

It's a little bit of a story. We bought the trailer on the fall of 11 and bought the 2nd year warranty.

The upper rear drivers side window by the bunks is leaking. I found water on the inside sill twice now. The first time I found the water, I took the trailer in and the dealer said they re caulked the window. We had the dealer sealed the trailer when we had it winterized the last two winters. I found water on the sill gain the other month and finally got it into the dealer to check the problem again. There is water damage starting to show on the interior panels.

The dealer is saying the water leak is not covered by the two year warranty and we would have to pay for the repair work. Is the dealer right?

Since this dealer did the sealtek, can that be used as a caulking maintenance program to satisfy the warranty?

This is frustrating putting up with water damage on such a new trailer.
