What to use to attach hooks for hoses to front bulkhead on Rockwood 8289WS

I want to install a couple of hooks to hold water hoses & electrical cords to the back of the front trunk and not sure what would be best to "screw" thru the front bulkhead so the hooks could hold say up to 25#. Each hook has (2) screws. Not sure if I would need a backer plate on the cross trunk side.

I bought hooks from Home Depot for that very same thing, been using them now for more than 8 months with no trouble yet. I used the large screws that came with the hooks. I also put some hooks on that same bulkhead from inside the pass through storage to hang a few things on.

Best I can remember because the RV is at storage. I know they were self drill / tap and I think about 3/8" dia. Had a hard time starting them so I pre drilled a 3/16" hole. There were two screws for ea hook. I also put several "D" rings in the pass through and front storage to tie things down.

I used 3 plastic hose hangers and used #8 by 1/2 inch with a pan head. I have hoses and electric cords, satellite harness.
