Which is best sealant around floor when I drill 1 inch hole

Have FR SP 189 and am about to drill 1" hole in floor for inverter cables. Read previous post and one said use Great Stuff. Is it water proof? What does water resistant mean as that is what they advertise? Any suggestions. I am paranoid about water intrusion of any kind. I thought about Dicor or 3M 5200. Thanks in advance.

Great Stuff is great stuff until it gets on other things (lol), which typically happens when I spray too much. Their site has a product for ponds and gardens that is good for exterior and exposure to water. Water resistant I understand is not immersed in water however can be exposed. Advice provided by DIY who sometimes gets what he pays for.
