To start with. Welcome to the forum!!!
Next, we need details... What is the year, make, and model. Pictures say it all in a situation like this.

Susan, sorry. That doesn't sound good at all. You need to tell us, preferably in your Signature or Profile information (or both) what kind of RV you have (company, floorplan and year). (Look for the UserCP link in the green bar near the top.)

I finally finished entering all information in my profile. The only way I found out about the wall is I pushed against it inside and it felt like it wouldn't take much to push through so there's really no visible damage.

well, you've got a nearly 15 year-old RV. unless careful and thorough maintenance was done during that entire time, it's not that surprising you had water intrusion.
especially on older slideouts that probably never had a slide topper installed.

from what i have read, the entire slideout has to be removed, usually with a forklift and have the wall replaced.

That's just our luck. Do you have any idea about what it might cost? I know I'm going to sound stupid but what's a slide topper?

I think you might be able to rebuild it while it is still in the trailer if you are careful and take accurate measurements before disassembling. I would use nothing but treated lumber for the rebuild.

my slide topper cost just over 480 to purchase and install.
But you have a big mountain of work to do before that point. The rubber roof is something like 100$ a yard and then you ahve to as someone said be very careful in measuring and disassembly.
If your not removing the slide out then you should be blocking everything trailer and slideout wise to the max.
I'd look at getting someone to repair it outside of a dealership. There are plenty of older trailer professionals around that are retired and doing this sort of stuff on the side.
