Window Caulking

So I'm a first time owner...2016 Coachmen Orion class C. Last week I noticed some tiny bubbling on the wallpaper under the passenger side window in the coach...assuming water is the culprit. I checked my windows and noticed they're not caulked on the outside...is that standard procedure???

I believe all the tops of my windows have caulking. But there is also putty tape between the Windows so you don't necessarily have to have caulking on the outside

Thanks for your response. I saw a video online that basically said they either line windows with butyl tape (as you seem to have) or foam strips. Mine have the foam...and zero caulking........ Seems pretty lazy on their part. Hoping to get this resolved with them soon...
