If it's on the fixed lite it's a drop glaze seal. If it's on the slider it's an exterior wiper. Could be made from either PVC or EPDM. I can't tell by looking at a photo but PVC will usually turn almost rock hard over time whereas EPDM will stay somewhat flexible. These are usually unique to the window manufacturer so you'll need to identify the manufacturer. Hopefully their name is on the bug (markings) on the glass. I shared a link to Pelland on an earlier post but there are other window parts suppliers also.
