My interest is in regard my TV, a Sprinter F2CA4X, but I think it's an interesting general question.
To reduce PITA when it snows, I would like a cover over windshield, wipers, vents in hood, and mirrors. Poking around on the intarwebz has found some covers, but none look really good, and there seems to be little out there discussing usefulness.
