Would like to tidy up the front cap seal

I would like to address the messy front cap seal job on my 2015 Salem Hemisphere 266RLBS 5th wheel. As far as I can tell it is not leaking inside, but I do see some cracking and shrinking of the putty like sealant. It is an off white/sandy color like the rubber roof. I would not call it almond or beige as it is lighter. What is this putty like sealant that Forest River used as I would like to remove it and match the color when reapplying.
The color in the photo is pretty close to the actual color.
