Wrinkles on my roof

I have wrinkles on the roof of my 2015 Palomino Puma 32DBKS. There are multiple spots on the roof, front, middle and rear. Is this common?

I have a few spots where the TPO membrane has pulled up, 1-2" diameter. I have a 2015 Solaire. If you can somehow see the roof while driving on the highway and the liner us flapping in the wind that is a problem.

From the pictures I would say it is within acceptable limits. However keep a very close eye on it. If they get any larger or start to spread you may have an issue. The stuff is glued down using a form of contact cement, it doesn't always get spread evenly.

Thanks, it was about 92 degrees out when I took the pictures, I would assume that the wrinkles wouldn't be as bad when the temperature drops?

Not many like my solution but it has worked for me several times . I get some brass carpet tacks , the kind that have serrations on the shanks and flat heads , drive them in to the ply under neath and cover with the proper self leveling caulk . Works better than glue . One of my wrinkles was so large that I cut away some fabric and nailed her down , held for three years before I swapped her off !

They should go down some. I wouldn't worry about them unless they get bigger, or they start to bubble up when you are driving. About the only way you can tell that would be to either ride on the roof

or use a GoPro. But if the wind is getting into them you should see them start to get larger.

Small bubbles like that are not uncommon. Once the temp drops, they will go back down. The integrity of the membrane is still intact. I would not compromise the integrity of the membrane just to get rid of bubbles you can't really see.

Per the Dicor rep at the FROG Rally, the best thing for small bubbles is to leave them alone. You should mark them with a ballpoint pen to see if they enlarge. Don't use a black felt tip pen, the ink may not go away, then you could have a bunch of black circles on the roof. As a last resort Dicor makes roof patches, that can be applied to cut or torn roof material. The size you have I would leave them be, but keep an eye on them.

Thanks, and yes, the roofing membrane appears to be intact, and as long as this is a common thing I will simply let it be.
