13 foot sunchaser manual geared awning

The awning on my 2012 travel trailer has seen lots of use, before I bought the trailer. The awning has several pin holes in it. Also the awning hardware on the left side, if your facing the door, does not completely close. See image below. The awning hardware on the right side works perfectly. I was wondering how much a 13 foot sunchaser geared awning and 1 hardware arm attachment would cost?

I found out why the awning would not close all the way. At the bottom in the pictures shown, those mounting screws going into the bottom of the travel trailer frame, the hole that were made by those screws does hold the screws tight. I tried tightening those screws and they just spin and spin. Is there any way to fix that like getting bigger diameter screws?? Any help would be appreciated.Click image for larger version
