First trip out this spring and rolled out the awning. There seems to be a few nasty places on the awning that need cleaned up.

How do i properly clean and maintain my Awning? any tricks or Tips out there?

In going to try that trick with my slide toppers
The commercial cleaner and brush hasn't worked on the stains I've accumulated
Wondering about the safety to the fabric and proper bleach mixture but we all know a wet rolled up awning stays wet and spraying any cleaner on and letting it sit.....well, it drys up before it can work it's majic,so this is a trick I'm going to use
