Why can't you sit under your awning during a light rain?????

Turbs, I think everyone who has poles does the same. Otherwise the power awnings are a PITA imo. I sure wouldn't want one. The first one I had on the 08Flagstaff wasn't adjustable and I just shortened the rh strut 2" and had a permanent 6" tilt.

on our awning we cannot tie it down or use the deflappers as there are no frame rails running along side the awning from the trailer to the roll. easy to deploy and retract but not as stable in windy conditions.
