Awning only work with remote

Hi,

I have a 2017 Vibe extreme lite 287QBS. The problem is that the awning only work with the remote. On the interior control panel, the slide out button work. I tried to switch the slide out button and the awning but that change nothing. I have no blown fuse in my fuse box. No blown fuse on the hidden control panel behind the kitchen drawer.

I really dont know where I should look now! Can you help me please.

The power feed from the remote receiver is different from the feed from the manual switch. Do you have a fuse in one of the panels for the awning? If you're handy with 12 volt electrical you can start by checking at the manual switch to see if you're getting power there.
