Awning pulling out of track

I have a new 2015 2604WS TT. I have used it 3 times so far and never used the awning yet. I extended it to see if it works. Thats about it. I was up on the roof the other day and noticed that where the awing slides into the track and is suppose to be crimped has come out about two inches. The other end on the front of the camper is fine. I am assuming that it came from the factor that way. Now I am afraid to open it that this will cause it to start creeping further out of the track. I will try to get up there and post pictures if I can. I guess I have to get my self back to where I have it serviced. Which is a jayco dealer and aren't to happy with me calling them.
