Our power awning rolls out fine but when we try to roll it in, it is real slow to roll and even stops at times. We have to push it a little to get it going again and then it stops again. Its frustrating for a brand new trailer. Is there something I can do other than take it in for servicing?

Mine seemed to slow down rolling up and I found the fabric was not tracking straight, I removed the holding screw and adjusted it now it is working fine
