Awning Won't Extend

We purchased a 2018 Puma Destination (38DBS) last March. Everything worked great (except the air conditioner, but that's another thread)
We opened it for the season this weekend and the electric awning won't extend. We hear a clicking sound when we press the button. My husband checked and replaced some fuses that seemed to mysterious went during the winter. The battery is fully charged. The slides went out so we don't think it's a power issue. He said he checked the awning switch and there seems to be power to the switch. We just don't know what else to do before we end up just replacing the motor.
We have heard that awning motors can go for no apparent reason and from my research that seems to be the issue. The problem is, we can't seem to get to the motor when the awning is closed. Maybe there's another way, but can't seem to figure it out. There is also no way to open of the awning manually, which seems crazy to me but we can't figure that out either.
Of course, our (1 year) warranty expired in March and our dealer will not return any of calls.
We also found out that our sound bar (radio) doesn't work. It has absolutely no power to it. I'm not sure if that's just a consequence or could one be related to another?
Just looking for ideas on what or how we can check to see if the problem is the awning motor this before we spend more money. I've even been trying to figure out who manufacturers the awning. There is no information in the packet they gave us and nothing online. So I don't even know what type of motor to order.
Just beyond frustrated trying to figure all the issues out with very little resources or help. Hoping we can get some insight here.

First try to ascertain if power is getting to the motor. Since you say it's clicking, I figure that you are. If it is then bypass the dealer and call the awning mfg. and see if they'll warranty it. You never know, they might since it's so close. It never hurts to ask.

What brand is your awning?
Different power awnings have different methods of manual extend/retract.

It is always best to include the make/model of the appliance you are asking for assistance with.
