Basic Maintenance

I just purchased my new Flagstaff 23LB this spring and I have some questions about regular maintenance.

I noticed there is a sign on the outside of the camper that says to check and repair seals every 90 days. It seems that the caulk around my windows has cracked in some places. Does this need to be replaced? Do I just peel it up put new stuff back down? If so what do I use?

I'd re caulk it as a "better safe than sorry" type thing. I can't hurt. I would think that any flexible outdoor caulking would work. They make some sealants that you can apply directly over the cracks and holes to fill the gaps without peeling the old off, but I don't recall the names offhand. Any RV place should be able to tell you what they use.
