Best caulk for around windows, etc?

Hi, recently bought a 2008 Micro-Lite 18FBR. I'm in the process of cleaning it and notice some missing caulk around some windows, hatches, etc. what should I use to seal these areas?

I used clear pro form caulk. I used acetone to smooth it nice around the windows. When you need to touch up you can go right over old. No need to remove old. Hope this helps.
