carefree awning wiring routing

Hope to attach pictures of awning problem. I was able to get motor back into position but believe I have wire trapped under motor mount and the arm. I'm 72 years old and don"t do ladders well so I can't see where the wire is. I want to know if there is a channel for the wire in the arm or a cut out on the motor itself? Can't see it very well. I know there are experts here somewhere. Carefree AMISLHC?

Any one with that type of awning, run it out and take a picture of how the wire is routed at the motor.
