Cargo Door is cracking

Greetings - I have a 2011 Work and Play. I recently noticed that the cargo door is cracked laterally along the top of the hinges, and that the corner trim on the passenger / hinge side is compromised. There's a noticeable gap in the 45 degree trim pieces that makes the 90 degree corner, if that makes sense.

The last time I opened the door (slowly) was to inspect the stress on the cracked area and I don't think this door has very many open/close cycles left.

The first question that comes to mind is if it would be less expensive, yet fruitful, to either remove and replace the insulated wood door while keeping the trim and rebuilding it, or just go for a whole new door assembly, and how that is best sourced.

I'll leave it at this and see what kind of replies or questions I get.

Thanks!
