Defective Entry Door 2013 Mini Lite 2109S

Ever since I picked up my new trailer in March, the entry door [my only entry door], has been very hard to close. You have to really push it from the outside and/or really pull it from the inside, and then the 'Bang' can be heard all around the campground. This can be an annoyance when you have to take the dog outside to p-- at 3 am. I figured that this was the nature of the beast.

Then, recently I noticed that a screw on the bottom of the opening side of the door, had actually etched the door frame. So when I was near my dealer, on the way to a campout, they took a look at it. Come to find out that a screw on the bottom of the door, on the hinge side, was gone----don't know if it sheared of, or was never there to begin with. So with the missing screw, it caused the bottom of the door to wrack toward the opening-side frame, causing the door to actually hit the outside of the door frame.

So my dealer took some pics, contacted Forest River and they said that they would send a whole new door. 3 weeks and we are still wainting.

Sorry for the quality of the pics....maybe I should have taken them with my iPhone.

Just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem.

Here are better pics of the missing screw, causing the door to shift to the left and etch the door frame. Would like to see if anyone else has had this problem.
