Different door keys?

Our 2017 Grey Wolf has different keys for the front and back doors. Does anyone know why that is? Also has anyone changed theirs so they match and what did it cost?

go to 'rvlocksandmore'. they can help with locks, keys, etc. our cardinal also had different key for front and rear. I was able to take the locks off. they are only held on by 4 screws on the inside and a couple in the strike plate. once you get them off you will see a sticker with a key code. order a new lock with a key code that matches one of the ones you have and put things back together. now the locks will have the same key. a new lock was about $15. total time is maybe 45 minutes. also, there are only 50 different key codes in total.

Your back door is not different then the front when they come down the assembly line you get the key that came with that door way to much trouble and cost for FR to match doors.

X2

I called and asked this same question and was told the same thing, "The keys are matched to the door that's being installed."

That's a hell of a way to run a railroad, as the saying goes.
