Dometic 9100 awning on 2014 Tracer 3200BHT support comes off side of camper

Howdy All

I will keep this as short as I can. When i bring the electric awning in the support that is bolted to the camper comes off the camper. There is a location for four bolts. However no bolts.

Took it to dealer for numerous repairs. They said this is normal.

Lots of research. Dometic install manual says that it needs special rivets in theseholes.

Prime Time states that Dometic approves this and they put no backing inside the wall to bolt to for these locations.

I plan to keep the camper foryears. All the dealer and mfg need to do is get me past the one year and then it is my problem.

Did you ever get your problem taken care of? I am having a similar issue with mine. I can see where a captive type nut has pulled through, halfway up the mounting bracket. Also looks like the brackets (held on by rivets) are beginning to pull away.
I must confess that I did hit the side of my shed with the awning once and that my contribute to my issues. I'm just trying to figure out the best fix.

Thanks.
