Door Window Glass

I broke the glass of my front door's window (long story). I can't find replacements anywhere. Does anyone have any idea where I could find a piece. It's roughly 25 x 16 and is that obscure glass. Thanks

Go to Lowes or Home Depot and get a pc of Lexan (Polycarbonate) and cut it to fit the opening. Won't be opaque, but you can always add a pc of decorative plastic to it also or a curtain.

I am sure if you go to a hardware store they can cut a piece of glass or a fireplace outlet to get safety glass.

Good idea. I was turned off at first, but when I got to thinking about it, I was thinking that I could put dark tint on it or some of that one way tint so we can see out but nobody could see it.

Dark tint will not work on Lexan!!!!!!!!

Dark tint will not work on Lexan. How do I know? I tried it, it bubbles like crazy after about a week. It even tells you on the tint box that it will not work (I didn't believe them).

If your door is a 30" entry door on a TT or Fifth wheel, the measurement of the glass is 12 3/8" X 21 1/2" X 1/8" thick. I had a tempered grey glass cut for both of my doors, replaced the "NO SEE THRU EM" glass. I then applied Gila tint "PLATINUM" grade from Lowe's to the inside of the glass. You can see out but no one can see in.

The Glass cost me $14.55 per door, tempered, grey tint.

Good luck
