Exterior Door Squeak

I have a Forester 3011DS and the exterior coach door squeaks and chirps continually while driving. I have tried everything I can think of to stop it but all solutions have only stopped it for a short time. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had the same problem and no amount of grease would correct the noise. Then I was told I had an axel out of alignment by 1 inch, the mechanic said some of the nuts holding the axel in place were loose...this seemed to solve about 95% of the door problems. Now I need to find out how the axel got out of alignment in the first place! Good luck!
