Don't look at an issue with the floor, look at what shoes, etc you are wearing that's the problem

We take our shoes off at the door, just like at home.

The only problem we have had is with the ladder for the overhead. One of the rubber end caps had a hole in it and the metal was poking through making a gouge in the flooring. We put some duct tape on the sharp part of the ladder and bought new caps.

I haven't noticed any scuffing at all. We did buy a couple of throw rugs so that our feet would not be cold when winter camping. I don't like the feel of cold linoleum on my bare feet. :-)
