Frameless Bonded Windows

I have a 2015 Flagstaff Travel Trailer 26FKWS. The large window over the dining table will not stay shut while traveling. Flagstaff has replaced the lever mechanism and the window but it still opens after being on the road for a few miles. The lever mechanism will break if allowed to open two or three times while driving.

Window opening

Have you found any solution to the window opening problem?

Lippert has been making a stronger lever or opening mechanism about two months ago and installed it at the Flagstaff factory. It appears that it is the solution.

On my trip to Illinois my kitchen window came open and slammed so hard it broke the interior casting I had to tape the window shut and make clips for the inside to keep it shut. My dealer says entire window has to be removed and has ordered the parts before I take it in. I think I'm going to make a velcro latch to keep the handle from turning and the window opening while driving

Your dealer needs to make sure that the window has the new window lever. Flagstaff Service should be able to help you Keeping the knob from turning will probably cause it to break. I hah three new windows and three closing levers alone before I believe it is fixed over a period of 18months.

I very much like the look of the frameless windows however if I had it to do over again I would go with the old fashion sliders.
