Great Customer Service

Our new SC 226RBDS came with a Bauer NE electronic door lock which I could never get to work since it was new. Closest dealer 300 miles away. Called Bauer and told them my problem. No questions asked took my name and address and I had a new assembly in 2 days with postage paid return slip to send the old one back so they could examine it. Great service like that should be told. I was very impressed
