Help! I broke it!

I have a FR 24 FQSL Nitro TH and was trying to make the bed today and broke one of the plastic holders for the vertical swag curtain that is mounted to the wall. Does anyone have any idea where to start looking for one of these. I will probable leave them off if I find them, as I have hit them before. TIA for your help.
