How do I remove a window shade

Hi all, I can't believe it, but I can't figure out how to remove the window shade from its holder. I have a 2013 Georgetown XL bunkhouse model. It has pull down shades on both sides of the driver's/passenger area. My DW went to fix the shade which wasn't retracting all the way and in the process pulled the plastic shade housing out of the wood holding the shade up. As we all know the wood is thin in these motor homes to keep the weight down. It seems that the shade was held up with 2 screws, which I think is at least one too little. Anyway, I'm at a loss how to get the shade out of the holder. I'll include some pictures to let you see the type of shade I'm talking about. Thanks for any help.

I think you just gently spread the holding tab one end or the other. I think they are made by MCD and their web site has instructions for the dual and windshield shade but not sure about the single shade.
