How do I remove this lock?
We were cleaning out the camper this evening from our recent trip this weekend, and when I went to open the lock on my mini outdoor kitchen door, the key broke off in the lock! I got the old key out and sprayed some lithium grease in the lock. The second key went in much easier, but now it barely turns and still wont unlock. I think maybe I can reach through my inside kitchen cabinet to unlock this from the inside, but if I cant reach it, how do I remove this lock?

You can try picking it with a lock pick set.
They should be easy to drill out if it comes to it.

If you can reach it from inside, I think it has a nut on the inside threads. Sometimes the nut gets loose and the lock turns

Try holding door closed tightly while you turn key. The locking arm could be jammed on inside.

There is a nut on the backside if you can reach it.

There will be a Philips head screw holding the lock arm. If you can undo it the arm will come off and you can open the door. If you have to do it from the outside be careful as those doors are not very strong.

I'd buy slam latches, cut hole in doors, and move on....

Slam locks
I had the key-arm locks on my last trailer. I was forever adjusting, repairing or replacing them. My new FR Phoenix has the slam doors. I love these things. No adjustments required.

There is a phillips head screw holding the lock blade in place. If you can get to it, unscrew that and the blade will fall off allowing you to open the hatch.
For a replacement, go to CH751.com and replace the whole set of locks. The locks you have, have millions of keys, so just about anyone can unlock them. The website will walk you through how to measure, etc. You can call them and they will walk you through it, also.
I've replaced the locks on each trailer I have bought. I don't want my stuff disappearing. I know there are people who swear they have never had anything disappear, but I'm not taking the chance.
How many of you would think it odd that someone was opening the cargo compartment with a key? No one. Now, if they are trying to use a crowbar, etc. of course. Therefore, I take away the "not suspicious behavior" from the equation and the person is not likely to try to get in to take the stuff. Plus, I have seen a couple of owners try to collect on insurance, where there is no proof of a break in. Not fun.

If that was a CH751 key which is very common, maybe another camper has one you could use to unlock yours.

You received many good suggestions, I'll just add this...
Lithium grease isn't a penetrate. It won't do much good freeing up frozen locks and will simply make the key slide in easier as you have already found out.
Try some sort of penetrate such as PB Blaster or even WD40. Work your second key in and out several times after spraying.
Should you decide to access the back side of the lock to try to move the lever by hand, make sure the second key you have is inserted so it disengages the tumblers in the lock.

I agree with 5picker, also add a little lube to the arm after the door is opened. It only takes a little where the arm rubs the back side of the "jamb". Push the door in a little helps take pressure off the arm and will allow you to open much easier.

One caution...Slam latch doors are thicker than yours....you'll have to fabricate a 1/2" shim for the inside side of latch...

the downside of slamlatches is they're easy to get in to....just a thin screwdriver to push this up inside the latch & you're in.

Most outdoor kitchens I have seen do not have the depth required for slam latches.
