LCI Wind Proof Door

Hello all,
We have a 2018 Cardinal which sports a LCI "wind proof" door. Whereas I love the idea and it works, it is SOOOO hard to close and open. I have to repeatedly SLAM the door to close it and I hate disturbing my neighbors! Last year at the FROG the LCI technicians came over to check it since I put it on our maintenance report. They put a little lub on the hinges and fiddled with the door plate, but alas nothing has changed. Has anyone had any problems with their LCI wind proof door? Any suggestions for how to solve the open/shut problem?
