Leaking awning

We have a Windjammer 2809W & it came with an awning cover. Where the cover attaches to the awning, there is a seam that runs the entire width of awning. When it rains water drips through this seam. Was wondering if anyone here has had the same issue, & if so what was your fix. I've thought about the spray tent sealer & also the stick type seam sealer. Thought I would draw from ya'lls experience.

I have not seen this issue with mine. So I'd try what you mentioned and see what happens. Later RJD

Ours does the same thing as well as other issues with the awning. The dealer is trying to put it through warranty. If not then will have to decide how to repair the issues.
