Leaking loading door on toyhauler

Last summer it started to rain as we were driving through northern Cal and the rear loading door leaked terribly. It took 8 towels and all our rugs to soak it up and it warped part of our floor. When I got to my destination I doubled up the existing weatherstripping with basic window and door 3/4 in stuff from home depot. It still leaked but not as bad the next time we were driving and I rained.

It might be important to note that it does not leak when it is parked and it rains.

Any suggestions? Should I have a dealer put new factory weatherstripping on?
