Looking for Popup Door Holder/Latch

Just got a 2012 Flagstaff 270BH PUP (bought used). Took it this last weekend for it's maiden voyage and only found one little problem. The two latches or holders for the screen door at the top were broken off. They look like this.

Spent a couple of hours at work today looking for this item online and have had no luck. I do have 4 new RV parts sites I have found though!

Suggestions would be great!

Maybe a call to

Maybe a call to FOREST RIVER PARTS, try this number 574-642-2640. If it is not the right department, they can steer you in the right direction.

Have your VIN number handy when calling!

Good Luck

I am looking for the exact same part.

Did you ever find a source for the replacement part? Or a name and/or part # for that matter?

Thanks in advance.

Yes I did! They are at www.anyrvparts.com. Jayco Tent Trailer Door Holder Twist Catch: Part #0501447 - 3/4" Shank; and Part #0501446 - 1/2" Shank. I bought the 3/4" Shank because if they are too long, I could cut them down.

I haven't install it yet 'cause we haven't been in the PUP. Maybe this weekend we'll go out camping. That's when I usually do minor repairs - at the camp site!
