Main Awning binding

I'm having with my main electric awning, it's binding backward when rolled closed. This has happened before and the RV dealer straightened it for me. now it's happening again. The awning material is getting pulled toward the back of the coach. But since it was addressed earlier by the RV dealer, I don't want to pull the top farther forward. I need to pull the cloth on the roller back--but how? It seems too tight to move. Is there a tightening system on the roller that needs to be released? Help.
