mold stains on Awning

My awning is showing some pink and black stains. I attempted to clean using a soft bristle car wash brush. the stains are not coming off. I used dawn with some bleach with no change. the awning is a year old and I had purchased the Duratain protection. Anyone had similar experiences with a protective coating that didn't protect?

I use the awning cleaner and scrub my awning and it comes out.
But you being in Oregon it probably is very hard to get it to dry completely with high humidity areas.
Now if you come down to Arizona it will completely dry well as we will have 110 degrees today and 3% humidity.
That will dry everything out. even you.

I use Tilex mold and mildew on our awning and it works very well.

I spray it down good and then roll it up for about 15 minutes to let it soak and unroll it and rinse it off. You may need to scrub the worse areas.

ok so i tried some Tile-Ex on the awning and that did help a bunch although i still have some pink stains. I may have to use this product a few more times on the awning. What pisses me off is i paid for a protective coating that should have kept this from happening.

X2. Love that stuff works great. Let set rolled up for a week then come back and scrub and spray lightly mine came out looking almost spotless.

If it's kinda bad you may need to use it a couple of times before it's all gone.

I haven't used the Mold Armor listed in the link Les or Heidi posted, but that may be another option.

If the protection package came with a warranty I suggest you contact the supplier.
