New Berkshire xl Awning question

Its a 2018 40c , not sure if my awning is full out in my picture? Sorry for the stupid question but it was windy the day I picked it up , so we didnt put it out. It just seems like it should be higher and more flat. The tarp is rolled all the way and the button stops but arms under look like yhey could go out more and lift it up. Should I do something more to lock it down? Thanks all

Now I'm treading carefully here...
from the picture, it looks like it " may " be the same style as my Isata.
When I picked mine up, I couldn't walk under it. It was so low.
What I did, was stop it half way out.
Look at the pivot point on the wall, you will see two small set screws.
Loosen the top, and tighten the bottom. That will lift the awning. It changes the angle. ( you'll know what I mean when you look )
You may need another person to GENTLY lift the end of the awning to help it up.
