Outside light under awning

I brought my new 2013 Puma 30DBSS home on Friday. While at the dealership, this light was not on (I have a picture to prove it). Upon driving home and pulling in the driveway, this light was on. I went inside and flipped the switch back and forth and still on no matter what way I switch it. I even went so far as to unplug the switch in case that was faulty. The light remained on. All I could do is remove the bulb so it wasn't on all weekend. What in the world could cause this? Some form of short to the trailer? I swear the switch worked properly at the dealership. Could something have bounced loose on the way home?

Sounds like the switch is faulty or you are switching the wrong one.

Ok, this is a good one as a learning lesson. We have the power options for the stabilizer jacks and slide out that is run with a remote. Apparently (and I verified this), the light button on the remote can be pressed while bouncing down the road and turn that light on. If the light is turned on by the remote, the switch is useless and will stay on until turned off by the remote. Guess I'll keep that remote in the truck so nothing gets bumped accidentally. Glad it was that easy
