Power Awning Won't Roll up properly

Alright, we've had our TT for about two months. We've been out twice with it. No issues except for the power awning. Everything rolled up fine at the campground, even after a little rain shower. When we got home and parked the camper, we extended the awning to let it dry in the sun. When we tried to bring it back in it was sluggish, there were creases in the fabric, and the arms didn't line up proper against the camper.

So we rolled it back out (rolls out like champ), and we noticed the fabric on the roller tube appears to have slid down about two inches on the right side (facing the camper).

We've tried the obvious and it doesn't just slide back. Is there a trick? Or is this something better left for the dealer?

FYI. Dometic Awning on a 2010 Puma 26RLSS.

Make sure the adjustment arms are fully extended and the black plastic knobs are hand tight before closing the awning. Before I retrack mine, I loosen the knobbs, push up on the arm to ensure that it is fully extended, tighten the knob hand tight and then do the other end. Bothe arms need to be equal.

I have the same problem with my awning. Both my arms are the same length from the rig even though I had installed the "dump arm" on one end. The fabric seems to shift and does not roll right. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
