Power Front Shade

I have a 2014 FR Georgetown 378 motorhome which has been great until now. It has a power front window shade and today it refuses to go up and of course, we can no longer drive until we raise it. There is no reaction to the dash switch - no clicks or sounds of any kind. I'd like to check the fuse bit cannot locate it. There is a Ford factory fusebox at the left side below the dash but I believe these are all chassis fuses, not body. Anyone have any idea where to find the fuse for the power shade??

I believe it may be fuse 16 in the fuse panel under the dash. I think that is the one for my 2012 378.

Did you get shade fixed? Salesman during our walk through told us there is switch up on drivers side to reset if someone tries to pull by hand
