Question Rear window seal shrinking

I read on another thread in this forum with the same issue, but the thread was old so I thought I would post again. My rear window seal appears to be shrinking and has pulled away from the window. I can not get it to re-seat and was wondering if anyone knew if you can buy this stuff to replace it. I looked on forest rivers site, but I couldn't find any replacement parts. Any ideas?

Max, a good start to get help here is to post what type of RV you have. Model and year.

Welcome to the Forum. Give us a little more info and we will see if we can help.

Chances are your dealer has - or can order for you - the proper moulding. Couple of years ago I had moulding pull away from a window to the extent the window almost popped out driving down the road. Good ol' Duct tape to the rescue. I went to Campingworld Service Dept and lo and behold they had the moulding in stock. I took it to an automotive window repair shop who put it in for the astounding price of $25.00 (plus a tip to the installer). You may want to just cut a small piece off and take to dealer so he can match the profile. If not, there are online sources that sell this stuff and have pictures of the profiles so you can match up.

Thanks for all the replies. I have a 2007 Sunseeker 3100SS Ltd. I will try camping world see what I can find there. The dealer I bought from no longer sells forest river stuff, but guess I could give them a call see what they say. I am sure they wouldn't mind taking my money
