Rockwood 8289ws Awning Issues
On my unit I have two awnings, one main awning over the door and one smaller awning only over the dining room slide out. The large awning has no issues but the smaller, not so much. Every time I extend it, it is always unlevel and I have to make adjustments. On the same side that's unlevel the awning is very loose and catches wind something terrible. The other side of the awning is tight as it should be. It is a brand new unit and still under the manufacture warranty but I was wondering if these issues are normal or am I just lucky? And will the fix include a total replacement?
